ABOUT QBN
Kiteboarders from Queens Beach North on the Redcliffe Peninsula got together to create a high octane kiteboarding event for the local Queensland kiteboarding community.
Queens Beach North has a spectacular natural amphitheater with deep water just metres offshore, and is the perfect place to showcase a variety of kite water-sports.

The first Brissie Big Air competition was held in November 2019, and has been held successfully in the month of November each year since.
Kite With Us
Winter is what we call our off-season. But it doesn't mean you won't find local kitesurfers from Queens Beach North community at the beach to check out the conditions and get together socially.

From September to May you'll find one, some or all of us at the cove from as early as 2pm weekdays and all day on weekends. We're a friendly bunch of mixed ages, gender and heritage.

The crew at Queens Beach North are kite-surfers, kite-foilers and wing-surfers.
